Optimax ES-101 Heavy Duty Semi Automatic Strapping Machine is a new semi-automatic strapping machine, introduced by the well-known and trusted Optimax brand. Introduced as a replacement to the TMS300 model, the ES-101 is a reliable, highly versatile semi-automatic strapping machine suitable for both 9mm and 12mm polypropylene machine strapping.

To use, simply place the strap around the package and feed into the machine. The ES-101 automatically pulls the strap to the selected tension, heat seals, then auto-releases.

Featuring an external strap tension adjustment wheel, this machine can be modified to secure a wide range of goods. Coupled with a fully enclosed cabinet for enhanced safety and swivel castors for extra mobility and versatility, the ES-101 is a must-have for any small or large warehousing operation.
