Choose a pouch a little larger than your item so it slides in easily. Sizes run from BP1 at 100 x 135mm to BP7 at 380 x 435mm, so measure the item and allow some room for its depth.
Slide the item in, then fold the open end over and tape it. If the pouch is going straight into a sealed box or mailer, many packers simply tuck the end in.
Bubble pouches are designed as an inner layer of protection. For posting, put them inside a small parcel box, padded envelope or mailing bag.
For packing lots of similar sized items, pouches are faster and give the same result every time. If your products vary a lot in size, a roll of small bubble wrap cut to length will be more flexible.
