Orders placed before 15:00 on weekdays are dispatched the same day. Orders after 15:00 are dispatched the next working day. Weekend orders are dispatched on Monday, excluding bank holidays.
Delivery may arrive in separate consignments, potentially on different days. Please allow 1-3 working days for all deliveries.
Mainland UK (Zone 1) Delivery:
Orders over £50 (Ex VAT) qualify for free next working day delivery.
Orders under £50 (Ex VAT) incur a £4.99 (Ex VAT) shipping fee.
Delivery is usually within 1 working day post-dispatch, between 07:00-21:00. Please allow for 1-3 working days due to possible courier delays beyond our control.
Timed delivery may be available upon request.
Outside Mainland UK (Zones 2, 3, 4, excluding BT) Delivery:
Delivery times vary (1-7 working days), and charges range from £9.99 – £11.99 due to excess freight charges. Includes Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, and postcodes such as all AB, FK, IV, KW, PA20-PA78, PH4-PH50, HS, ZE, IM.
Northern Ireland (BT) Delivery:
Delivery takes 2-7 working days to postcodes BT1-18, BT19+.
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £49.99 (Ex. VAT).
Pallet Deliveries:
Bulk orders may be shipped via Palletline, taking 1-3 days depending on location. Orders must be placed before 12:00 for same-day dispatch.
Deliveries to residential addresses may require confirmation, potentially delaying dispatch.

All parcels are tracked and insured. A safe place for delivery can be specified, but we’re not liable for lost or stolen parcels.
